Svenskar på besök över jul! Så roligt att träffa dem igen. Niclas har inte träffat sin mamma eller sin syster sedan maj. Vi firade jul med svenska traditionella tv program, så som Kalle Ankas jul och Carl Bertil Johnsson, öppnade paket förstås samt åt god mat och spelade brädspel. 

Visitors from Sweden for Christmas! So nice to see them again! Niclas hasn’t seen his sister or mother since May! We celebrated Christmas with our usual Swedish traditions; Donald Duck and his short films and of course, Carl Bertil Johnsson’s julafton, Christmasgifts, great food and boardgames.

Det känns lite galet att ha svensk sommarvärme 25 december, men så var det iallafall, bara att gilla läget...

It felt a bit strange with warm weather 25 th of December, but I’m not complaining. The girls did complain a bit, they said it was difficult to get the right Christmas feeling with warm weather.

This park was opened 14th of December. Every stone represents a part of history of Montgomery and Alabama 

The alley. In this area of Montgomery the slaves were kept a long time ago. The streets leading to the alley are called Commerce street and market street. The slave trade was big business.  

Martin Luther King Jr served as pastor in this church (1954-1960)
